Nope...guess it's good that our troops are over there and not being subjected to just how bad things allegedly are--according to the Network media. I do worry about America's ability to keep our recruitment--and reenlistment--numbers up, though.

My dad took two 6-month tours off the shores of Viet Nam when I was a young'un, and he came back to the KRAP that all vets seemed to be subjected to back in those days. Living in a military household, I was pretty shielded from it...but in retrospect, I understand the latent antipathy against "civilians" (when my parents used to say that word, it came out as a slur) that my parents took years to overcome.

...were put there by an America that that was lied to about the Good we were really doing for FREEDOM in Vietnam long ago.

...T'was the same Anti-U.S. Internationalist TV News Media that lied us us back then ...that is lying again to us now in a new Time of War ...for the same reasons.

...These American Hero Vietnam Veterans will get "Straightened" out when the rest of America finally does..!!!
