Actually, this is one of the better school systems in the country. After all, Fairfax County, Virginia is America's richest county!

I've heard of Fairfax county, and what I've heard about the public schools there is that their quality is going down, down, down. Just like everywhere else.

Minor point, but I don't think Fairfax is the country's richest county anymore. Last I heard, it was Hunterdon County, New Jersey. Reason I remember that is I live near that county (though not in it).

A wealthy community doesn't necessarily guarantee good public schools, anyway. Actually, there are no good public schools left, IMO.
