Discrimination can be overt: a cutting remark directed at you, for example, or being passed over for promotion.

Did it ever occur to the author that being passed over may also mean someone else is MORE qualified? I was passed over for a promotion several times, but I was not the most qualified for the position I had applied for. This article could be described as BS.

My first impresssion to the articles was:

Oh, shut up! I survived a boss with a Hillary hairdo who told me "All white males need to pay for years of oppression of women and minorities".

I got to see her leave. It was worth the wait.

The workplace is filled with all kinds of people. Keep it out of my face, and it's fine."IT" may be being Gay, being liberal, or whatever...I don't CARE. It's none of my business, not my problem, and I do not want to see it or hear it because I am there to WORK, not to reform Society of wring my hands over the percieved downtrodden.
