No difference in affecting the Presidential and congressional (especially congressional) races of 2004?
No difference in the media onslaught which would result, where it would be portrayed that a Republican can't win state-wide?
No difference in the number of critical appointments that the governor makes state-wide?
No difference between an $8 billion tax increase and a pledge to keep taxes the way they are?
It goes on and on. Only those with the most myopic view can really say it makes no difference between the two.
