PAW is limosine liberals exploiting those willing to be patronized as "poor" to gain power to lord it over we-the-people.

We-the-people love the written Constitution and, even if each of us could think of a desirable amendment, hold to its provisions as the best practially available standard for "secur[ing] the blessings of liberty to ourselves and our posterity." We are, simultaneously, unwilling to be patronized as "poor" and unwilling to patronize anyone else. We're the moderates!
