It may not be fair to ask, because I was actually in the Kazoo area. He was a singing cowboy who had a TV kids' show. We all loved him. I don't know if he was broadcast outside of SW Michigan. Ok. How bout Rem Wald and the Green Valley Jamboree? Same time period, mid-60's.

Those must have all been Kazoo shows...
How about "Oopsey the Clown" and that stupid little hat with the daisies on it that he wore?

Oh No!! My dad forced us to watch that! Well, we could have left the room, but were generally glued to the set.

it would be so sweet in all the dreams I'm dreamin'

John Fetzer owned WKZO (3) TV and radio and he owned the Tigers, too. Back when Jim Campbell was General Manager and the 2 of them did their best to have the cheapest run team in the bigs...it was inspite of them that the Tigies won in '68.
Buck Barry was on WOOD-TV out of Grand Rapids. He had retired to New Mexico or Arizona and passed away just a couple of years ago. He really was a neat guy!
