Don't worry, now that he has a valid driver's license he'll rush right out and get insurance.

When their 1978 Buick Riviera is in an accident, the illegal alien driver usually gets out and runs, abandoning their $300 car. Police usually find that the car is just as undocumented as the owner.

I've had a California license for years. When Davis' insanity actually becomes law, that license will be worthless in at least 2 states that I have heard of so far. I will be getting rid of the old POS in a few weeks for a license issued by a state that does not give licenses to fence-hopping criminal vermin or other unsavory creatures.

Don't forget to "up" your uninsured motorist coverage. If you're somehow involved in an accident with one of these vermin you'll need it. They are NOT good drivers. This is going to be very expensive for every citizen living in California.
Gray Davis' legacy will be "I sold out California".
