Thanks for correcting and clarifying that. I figured that the 0.1% margin of error had to be a typo.

Thanks for giving the numbers that out of the 1444 registered voters interviewed 388 watched the debate, which translates to a little less than 27%, IOW 73% of the registered voters did NOT watch the debate.

True, but there's a good chance a minority of registered voters will actually vote. So it's very possible that these 27% represent the majority of likely voters.
