Is this the same Bill Handel that has a program on weekends called, "Handel on the Law"? This man is an attorney and quite brash with his answers! Callers have all kinds of legal matters that he takes on. Same guy??

He's on our local Phoenix station, syndicated, I suppose.

Yep...same guy. He's really a lefty at heart, but at least has a brain - and a good sense of humor. When I lived in L.A., his morning nickname for his program was "Handel yourself in the morning".
