The DMV admits that they are counting on the honesty and integrity of all Californias' to not register to vote if they are illegal immigrants.

If California can not reasonably assure an accurate vote count, their votes can not be allowed to count in the upcoming federal Presidental Election. IOW's California is disallowed from participating in the `04 Presidental election.

I think we will have to bring a lawsuit against the State asking for verification of the legality of all registered voters prior to the Presidential election in 2004. An independent commission should be charged with determining the immigration status of each registered voter in the State.
