>2000 exit protocol ordered. Terri lives. 2001 exit >protocol ordered. Terri lives.
>Year 2003 - What will happen to Terri after the September >11th hearing? We don't know. Please call people like >Governor Bush or email bureaucrats or media at the top of >the Call to Action thread for Terri Schiavo. Thanks, FV

http://webpages.charter.net/honeygrl/terri.txt

Please communicate with your representatives about this case and share it with
as many people as you can. This is happening right now. The Federal Courts (up
to this time, Sept. 4) have not stepped up to their duty, responsibility, etc.
of stopping the madness even after the Federal and Constitutional laws are
being broken. This hearing was denied even after all the facts. The state and
federal courts in concert with Michael Schiavo and George J. Felos have been
playing with this Terri's life like a yo-yo. She needs to live and get the
rehabilitation she so dearly deserves. Much of the money which was never spent
on this which was won from a malpractice lawsuit in the amount of $1,200,000
dollars has gone to pay for Attorney Fees and who knows what else, etc. to end
her life. This is fraud in that the monies were sworn (in court and under
oath) to be spent on Terri's rehabilitation. This is a criminal offense on
Michael Schiavo's part. His non-party co-conspirator George J. Felos has
collected over $550,000 in fees in his quest to kill Terri, the monies of which
have come from the funds supposed to be used for Terri's rehabilitation.

Apparently the first video clip in the news clip is of Terri now. She is even
raising her body forward. Terri is not comatose nor is she in a permanent
vegetative state. This is a lie. See for yourself:

http://webpages.charter.net/honeygrl/terri_schindler.asf

In the news clip they state this is about getting her medical records. This
is far from just getting her medical records, see entire text below.

A criminal investigation needs to be conducted by John Ashcroft. Please demand
of President Bush to initiate an investigation so that Mr. Ashcroft can get
involved:

President George W. Bush
c/o
The White House
1600 Pennsylvania Ave., N.W.
Washington, D.C. 20500
Voice: (202)456-1111
Fax: (202)456-2461

Note: Since there is only one FAX number so far known to our campaign, it's
likely we will easily jam it during the peak time. So if you cannot
get through this FAX line, an alternative way to send our message to the
President is EXPRESS MAIL - the fast delivery service.

There are 3 major express mail systems in the U.S.:

1. Federal Express, a private company offering worldwide express mail service.
Its phone numbers and "drop off locations" are listed in the white page of
most local phone book under the entry of "FEDERAL EXPRESS". It can also
pick up your outgoing mail at your door by calling the service.

2. DHL express mail company, also a worldwide service. But I can't find its
info from my local phone book.

3. Regular U.S. post offices also provide express mail service -- next day
delivery. You can bring your mail to your local post office or call
for a pickup at your door for $4 per pickup. Letters submitted as express
mail are guaranteed to reach the destination the next day.

Generally speaking Federal Express' service is better than the Post Office,
of course, at a little higher price.

A similar criminal investigation on the Florida
State level needs to be initiated by Jeb Bush:
(jeb@myflorida.com, jeb.bush@myflorida.com)

While more action should be taken besides the on-line
petition to Florida Governor Jeb Bush please do use this
as one means of acting:

I saved my emails to Jeb for later. They wouldn't go through. IF they don't work later, then, I'll fax him.

Jeb, Jeb, Jeb,

I called Congressman Young's Office. Terri Schiavo's planned pro-death without due process is still viewed by his office as a STATE MATTER.

I was a paralegal and involved in the 6th Circuit (J. Greer). I have an understanding of guardianships and probate. There is no oversight or anyone looking out for the person or property of Terri Schiavo. There may be major conflicts of interest between the parties that would shock you. Hospice, St. Pete College, City and County Commissioners, etc. Locally, all is quiet. Many people have an interest in Terri's death. Why don't they care? Why are they looking the other way? Terri's a human being.

Judge Greer had no prior experience in this area until 1994. He's a marathon runner who might not be able to view things with the proper perspective. Terri Schiavo may never be "capable" enough to please him. Healthy men are all for the starvation of Terri Schiavo. Michael Schiavo was quoted by a nurse as stating, "When's the bitch gonna die?" Healthy people have zero perspective which makes their determination to make sure that the third try's a charm. THERE'S BEEN A COVER-UP IMO and somebody better find out where it begins and ends.

From what I can tell, the Florida Statutes that address "exit protocol" have no SAFEGUARDS and are UNCONSTITUTIONAL. It would behoove you as Governor to order an emergency hearing in the legislature to re-visit the Exit Protocol statutes post haste as Judge Greer is scheduling the date starvation begins at a 9-11-03 hearing. That way, you would not be stepping on any judge's toes.

It appears from the outside that the pro-death without due process lobby were able to get an exit protocol statute drafted that insures THE DIVINING OF THE WISHES OF THE DISABLED. IT IS LIKE HANGING CHAD ON STEROIDS.

We want Terri's life to be spared. The rule of law in this situation that Judge Greer and the judiciary are relying upon is a BAD PIECE OF FLORIDA LAW. This happened in Virginia too and a man lost his life because his wife divined his wishes.

If Terri's starvation begins, may God have mercy upon everyone's soul who allows her to be murdered as sanctioned by the State of Florida. I AM DISAPPOINTED AND OUTRAGED! I feel like a Dixie Chick because I am ashamed to be from Florida over this. They want to turn out the lights, cut off her food and water and then cremate her body. What a way to go. What a precedent to set.

Respectfully submitted,
