Or, if he turns over foreign policy to the UN (as it sounds as if he would), perhaps he can generate some savings by halving his Presidential salary since he won't be earning the Commander-in-Chief part of it.
I don't think he'll ever get that opportunity. I get growing impression that his main motivation for his quest for the White House is to install Teresa as the first lady. I think he's personally happy where he is. Why not? A Senate seat and a rich wife, not a bad life without the headaches of the Presidency. But he has to 'make the run' to keep the wife('s money).
