I have some other notes lengthier than the one posted, and found the one posted was probably a better communication for those who havn't studied under those pastors.
If you find it confusing, it might be more helpful to simply read and study the referenced verses, alone and in context, to understand the doctrines.
I've found studies such as these and from Grace School of Theology to be a bit closer to direct Scripture in their interpretation than many larger denominational doctrines which seem to be too bound in past Church decided secondary issues, losing sight a bit of direct Scriptural guidance.
