Muni's are not subsidized....they're a cash cow for the city they're in unless they're completely mismanaged.
Even in Seattle, where the Golf season is around 7 months out of the year, the 3 Muni's pull over a million profit.
Are you saying that public stadiums aren't cash cows? Are saying that all municipal golf courses are?
