Additionally I believe cremation is forbidden by the RC church? It is certainly forbidden by ours.

I happened to be reading some obits in the Cheyenne Tribune-Eagle newspaper and notice that most people there who have died seem to have been cremated. The culture in the West may be more in line with cremation, once considered a pagan rite.
