The case is clear. Michael Schiavo had ill intentions from the start. Now with the latest evidence entered into the record the courts cannot allow Michael to get away with his misdeeds and under the state and federal laws must take care to make sure Terri has the best chances of rehabilitation so that she can learn to eat and speak, etc. It is clear from all the evidence that if this is not done there will be more than a few people in very deep legal troubles and this could include people on state and federal levels in the judiciary and who knows whom else. Michael is already implicated. While there may be statutes of limitations on certain acts, others are in the here and now which are being broken and there is not a statute of limitations on his present misdeeds. The courts decisions can be reversed in light of new evidence and it is now completely clear that Michael Schiavo has had and continues to have criminal intents and has been deceiving and using the law to his own ends. This cannot be allowed to stand. I would suggest continuing to make all the facts clear to the highest government officials of what is happening. I would not just leave this to their "monitoring" the situation. Let's make sure they know we know what is going on in a mass sense. As to Greer he is already in trouble. The affidavit of Patricia Anderson proves he is abusing his judicial position. He even used Rice to try to cover up his misdeeds. Rice is
friends with the judge and therefore seems to have allowed himself to be a pawn of the judge. He is breaking the law as well by his actions in the affidavit. In my opinion the heat is on and will only get hotter if he (Greer) continues to play more games.
