Yes, Greer is a hopeless cause.

However, the Federal Judge, Lazarra, at least did not tell them to get lost. He said he wasn't convinced that he had jurisdiction, and others have speculated he was essentially giving them time to put together a more convincing case. I'm no lawyer, but the ADA case seems pretty strong, and that would be his jurisdiction.

We need to keep making noise, and pray.
