Yes this is about the United States of America I was going to say originally.. Not just Florida.. this is about her Constitutional rights which have been violated, etc. and they have been violated on more than several counts with weighty consequences.

The complaint reads very well, I can't imagine what would make an impact if that document does not. My husband read the pdf file online this morning and said "it's hard to believe there's even a question."

The September 11th date is one of Judge Greer's ironic moments. I think Felos has something on Greer. Felos was a State Attorney and Greer used to be a City or County Commissioner. We're looking into my claim.

It doesn't even matter at this point. Judge Greer's ruined his career already and just rearranging the deck chairs on his own Titanic. If even one third of the media we've contacted jumps on Terri's plight, this will get legs. I hope for Terri's condition to improve most of all.

Suncoast Hospice is like Enron in that it uses suspect accounting methods. But they are doing more than just taking people's money.

[Jonathan Alpert's] suit said Suncoast Solutions is unprofitable, but Labyak says it has been profitable for two years. But hospice's records don't bear that out, Alpert said.

Suncoast Solutions markets software that allows doctors or nurses to track patient information by laptop computer from remote locations.

The subsidiary has sold software to about 100 other hospices, Labyak said, and employs 20 people. Labyak serves as the company's president.

Well lets hope that Judge Lazarra also orders Terri back into the hospital under guard until he reads the medical records!

Federal Judges are supposed to give more weight to the person, i.e. Terri than to say what J. Greer and the 2nd DCA have done. If that wasn't the case, J. Lazzara could have denied Terri the right to an emergency hearing. Me thinks that Judge Lazzara is going to be very careful tomorrow and hopefully, act in Terri's best interest and overrule Greer and the 2ndDCA.

Look at the Ten Commandments as an example. The Federal Judge in that case had the final say.

There is no set time for the hearing which could mean it would be in early a.m. in his Chambers or when he can squeeze it onto his docket.

Even someone who is moderately religious or just barely can see the difference between right and wrong.

One does not have to be religious at all to see that this is a travesty. Murder in plain daylight. What really gets me is the news media. All they can talk about is Laci Peterson, they care so little about what is happening to Terri that it is criminal. I blame the St. Pete Times for their slanted coverage of this. Since day one they have been on M. Schaivo's side.

I wonder if death-enabling lawyers like Felos are able to gain access to that patient information, too.

It would allow that "ambulance-which-converts-into-a hearse" chaser (Felos) to contact the terminally-ill patients at a moment when they are weak, but still conscious. Maybe some of them can be convinced to leave some money to a foundation or charity endorsed by Felos or by Florida Suncoast Hospice.

Alternatively, Felos could convince a survivor of the deceased that beloved departed one wanted some money to go to Felos' "favorite charity."

I hate to say this, but the entire thing is not about "guardianship"... It is about MONEY and if someone does not realize that and realize it quick then Terri is gonna be dead.

I think that the lawyers are to blame for this. Terri's family lawyer could easily ask them how much they want, and this could all be settled but it would seem that the lawyers have a vested interest in keeping this going for as long as they can or until the money runs out.

Is there anyone here who really thinks that Terri's husband even cares about all this? The sooner she dies, the more money he gets. The longer it takes means less money, and that is why he is in a rush to see her die.

Supporters of Terri should be raising money to pay off the husband.

I don't know what circumstances would determine the opportunity/necessity for the U S Attorney General to become involved in an indictment in this case. I have a notion he would act if the prerequisites were met.

The more that you send out the info in text format to anyone interested of the Court Order, Affadavits, Amended Complaint, etc. the better it will be and easier for individuals who want to help to distribute the info to other individuals and media outlets and state and federal government officials. Please request this from me or Kimmie7 as i provided her with the text file. Regards and thanks. courtesy copy being delivered contemporaneously to this Court's chambers.

3) The Court will conduct a hearing on the converted Motion for Preliminary
Injunction on Tuesday, September 2, 2003, at 2:00 p.m., in Courtroom 15B, United States
Courthouse, 801 North Florida Avenue, Tampa, Florida.

4) The Court defers ruling on the converted Motion for Preliminary Injunction
until the time of the hearing.
