Anyone who has a disabled family member, or knows someone with a disability will understand.

Please explain for me?

Thank you for this link. I think this is a terrific story and one that would do for me as a hand-out.

All I need now is an action to encourage people to take, besides prayer.

What is the most effective course? Contacting the governor, writing to Felos or attempting to get to him through the church, sending jello and trying to make a huge media splash....I need input from you all and lots of prayer personally.

Thank you again so much for this story. I think it is a wonderful compilation.

Ping. We're trying to save the life of a 38 year old, disabled woman here in Florida. If there's anything you think we should do or anyone we could email, please advise by post or private reply. Laws of nature and man have been broken and Terri has little time left if nobody helps her.

This is the UNCONSTITUTIONAL starvation of a disabled woman to occur in Pinellas County, FL. Sanctioned by a Judge to the delight of an eager husband at the hands of Hospice of the Suncoast, Pinellas. Said Judge Greer snubbed Governor Bush and put his request for a guardian ad litem in "the file".

#1104 to MarMena - I had a page last night that listed Felos on the board.

Are you saying that Felos resigned then approached Michael??? Do you know if Felos accepted Terri's case on a contingency basis?

Governor Bush is the only hope on this one, I think.

As the chief executive of the state, there has to be further action he can take to end this outrage.

"Every church in America should be calling their congressman, the President, The Supreme Court, their talk radio, television, on line news web sites. "

Here in L.A. , we have the largest Christian talk radio station in the nation, KKLA-FM. They reach many thousands of listeners every day, and broadcast on Internet also.
Their afternoon program "Duffy and Company" is very popular and gets high ratings.

How about a good letter or two (or a thousand!) describing Terri's plight, with a prayer.

Here are the bios of their on-air hosts, including their Email addresses. I'm putting together a little note myself.

It's posted that Felos has received almost 500K so far. We don't know the chain of events but Felos and also Judge Greer served on Hospice's Board at one time or another. There was an overlap between when Felos was on the Board and when he took her husband as his client. We believe the Board position and representation of hubby were concurrent for a brief time.

We are asking bureaucrats at every level to investigate this matter. We can find stuff on the internet but a real investigation could result in charges, dismissals and Terri gets to live.

The outrage has left the State of Florida. It is becoming a national outrage.

Thanks for the info.

I made a big mistake many posts back that Fox News Cavuto interviewed Felos. It was Gibson, filling in for O'Reilly.

It's as if these talk show hosts aren't allowed to ask hard questions. When Felos said that "the money is long gone," Gibson could have asked him if he had been paid.

I think the best way to deal with the LA talk show hosts is to send them author Jeff Johnson's CNS reports regarding this matter. That link is up aways. I only printed an excerpt from it showing that hubby was in a big hurry for Terri to die so he could buy a boat, etc.

Secondly, Governor Bush is still KEY - I have sound advice in that regard. He may get sick of hearing from us but PLEASE CALL GOVERNOR JEB BUSH 1-850-488-7146. His email has been down today.

Ok forgive me. I am such a latecomer here.

In trying to catch up, it looks like this event of trying to have the feeding tube pulled, has happened before.

Is the current coming hearing on the 11th holding up as some kind of last resort? Sorry to ask you to fill me in. I am trying to go back and figure it all out.

I hope that Governor Bush does SOMETHING ELSE! Maybe he's waiting to see what Judge Lazzara does after the Judge receives the amended brief from Terri's counsel.

Judge Greer, Pinellas-Pasco Circuit Court Judge Probate-Guardianship Division is holding a hearing on September 11th in which he will pick the date that they pull Terri's feeding tube and withhold fluids. She would then starve in 10 to 15 days thereafter.

Meanwhile, Fed. Judge Lazzara in Tampa is holding a hearing to address claims by Terri's parents. If Judge Lazzara finds for Terri's parents, then it may prolong Terri's life while a higher court becomes involved. Higher court means even higher than Florida's Supreme Court. They've already sided with Judge Greer, the hanging judge.

Sorry I didn't realize you have posted the article before.
It was an eye-opener for me because Felos was at one time, an Orthodox Christian.

Thanks for your patience with me. So these are new things?
I just posted a reply to Chancellor Palpatine, for instance, on an older thread about this. From last year, in fact. What happened that time to delay the forced starvation until this year? Was that an initial ruling and this is the result of appeals?

Holy Trinity Church, Clearwater

Thanks. I am going to try to contact them either personally or through a priest I know here in the Greek church.

Thanks for your input, my friend.

Slight input it is, though.

But I don't know any other way than to light up the Governor's phones, email etc.

As far as I can tell, he's the only one with a prayer of doing something.

Of course, prayer on our part wouldn't hurt, either.
