This is unconstitutional and Judge Greer is guilty of legal malpractice throughout this debacle. Whether Jeb can do anything or not, it's important to keep calling his office. It's VERY IMPORTANT to contact the U.S. Dept. of Justice by email, fax or phone. That web site is
http://www.usdoj.gov. (I may have added too many dots). Anyway, this is a major ADA issue and that's under the Civil Rights Act imo. That falls under the DOJ's Civil Rights Division.

A post in the religion threads would be great. You already received my other post. Be sure to tell folks to join the Terri Schiavo ping list, they should contact kimmie7. They can follow what we're doing or WE WELCOME EVERYONE'S HELP from coast to coast. Thanks, FV

Well, we couldn't use Jell-O in any publication because it is a copyrighted, trademarked company and product. I'm a graphic designer in the area of advertising, so I'd love to do that, but I don't want to infringe on copyrights.

Felos is the attorney who used to be on the Hospice board until he learned of Terri Schiavo. Then he began representing husband Michael and they started pushing for her feeding tube to be removed, resulting in her death. She is not terminal. She is disabled.

There are 2 Bilirakis's. The father is Mike and the grown son is Gus who is in the Fla. legislature. Dad is a Congressman in D.C. The Bilirakis' probably reside in Tarpon Springs.
Felos resides in Dunedin, Fl. His law office is in Dunedin also. There are numerous municipalities that are close together here in Pinellas.

Trust & Obey, If that's Jeb's email that you tried to use, it appears his box is full. Maybe he got swamped - beyond 27K emails. He's the email governor so I don't think Jeb would deliberately shut off his email. See Jeb's phone number above a few posts. Try calling.

"The jello is a good idea too."
I thought so, too! Felos would sure know what it meant, if he received hundreds/thousands of boxes of JELLO.
The quote was used in a news article. Could a reprint of the article suffice as an accompanyment to the JELLO or would it just magnify the copyright infringement?

I just learned earlier this summer, while researching my ancestry, that my greatgrandmother's brother was imprisoned during the Holocaust. He was a Polish Jesuit Priest who was arrested by the German Gestapo on November 10, 1939, imprisoned as a spy in Montelupi in Krakow, then moved to Wisniszes. In June 1940, he was put in the concentration camp at Oswiecin, then in December to Dachau. He obtained his freedom on April 20, 1945.
Can you imagine?
Terri sure has been fighting her own imprisonment, hasn't she?

Who was it? If it was an obscene image there may be a good excuse (though i didn't see it.) I've seen places that will replace an image with an obscene one when you try to link it from their server because they don't want their space used as an image server. It's a mean way to teach people a lesson about their webspace rules.

Remember there's an execution at 6:00 pm today. His email has probably crashed!

It's always been a mystery to me how so many obediently followed the orders of the Nazis and how so many just stood by. It was to me too, until I did some rather heavy reading. There had been years of planned propoganda against the very humanity of the Jews beginning with the children. When those children matured, they kept their loathing of the Jews. They facilitated the holocaust.
By the way, one of my heros is Corrie ten Boom -- she and her family were a part of the Dutch underground. They hid jews in their home. Corrie's fathe and sister died in concentration camps. Corrie herself was released on a technicality.
Now, my opinion is that was an awesome feat of civil disobedience. It was against the law to do what they did, but it was a matter of life and death. Just like abortion, just like euthanasia. I certainly don't advocate violence...don't get me wrong. But a lot of good can come of making known Terri and others' situations and protesting them as well.

Please look at these links and tell me which church is closest to Dunedin.

Felos might respond better though, to something that took him home to his childhood and the beliefs of that time period. But of course the media would better understand and like the jello idea.
I have a very close friend who is Greek Orthodox. I will ask her about this and see what she says.
To: windchime
We could mail the Jell-O, but not use their image/logo in any flyers or anything like that.
I kinda liked it. That one hit me around 3 this morning, so I thought I'd run it by ya'll.

Holy Trinity Church, Clearwater. The cities closest to Dunedin are: Largo, New Port Richey, Gulfport (Terri's parents are from Gulfport), Tarpon Springs, Clearwater, St. Petersburg, Tampa, Pinellas Park, Clearwater Beach, St. Pete Beach, other Gulf Beaches, Palm Harbor, Safety Harbor, Oldsmar, Brandon, Sarasota, Bradenton. That's about it.

That's right. The Paul Hill thread isn't very long. He carried his views too far. Hard core right to lifers should be helping Terri instead of holding a vigil for Hill.
