Good question U. To me it appears to be the usual suspects in Bama. ACLU,SPLC,AUFSCAS aided by a Carter bench appointee. Colorado's making some headlines too I see.
Anyway I read most of your posts on this thread and I would just like to echo your points about conservatives supporting Rinos. It doesn't work. NY (upstate) Rino's are spending and regulating everything except the air we breathe and if the closet greenies that like to call themselves conservative get their way we will pay a per capita tax for that too! The "richer" paying more for their air of course ;-P
