Having been to boarding school in Pa., I know what scrapple is. I doubt that the Southern contingent does, though. LOL
Oh yes, and we sometimes put jelly on scrambled eggs too. Damned if I know why. Being alergic to eggs, I don't eat them, so these are just my observations, not my preferences. :-)
