Your infatuation with Arnold's liberal campaign efforts, is totally inconsistent with the tenets of conservatism and the conservative agenda espoused by Free Republic.

I said, Tom McClintock was the top vote getter. It was Bill Simon who lost to Boy Davis.

McClintock wasn't only the top GOP vote getter in California, in 2002, he also worked extremely hard to get the the BRAC bill (Bureaucracy Realignment and Closure Commission) recently passed through the California legislature.

In addition, in 1995 Tom McClintock came out with "A Citizen's Guide To The State Bidget Mess".
