From McClintock's mouth to a very reliable source to my ears - "I am in this for the long haul!" Tom McClintock

This is not about ego, rather it is about the good of California. Tom McClintock is a conservative and as such he bases his judgement upon sound conservative principles (i.e. Ronald Reagan). Just as Rush Limbaugh has stated California needs conservatism and Tom McClintock is just the man we need in California. If anyone's race is about ego it is Arnold's gubernatorial race. "If California needs me I will run." No, Arnold we do not need you, what we need is not a man with one liners, but rather a man with solutions. That man is Tom McClintock!

Amen brother. Notice its all the Out-Of-State know it alls who's only dog in this fight is the letter 'R' who are spreading this "ego" canard all over the board like a dirty dish towel? I never thought I would see the day that so many "conservatives" would profane someone who actually was conservative in public life, just for the quick and easy path of getting someone from (antiWar, antiAmerican)Hollywood to fool us simply because they are famous. Its like an X-Files episode listening to them defend the indefensibly contractory and vague.

You (R)nold defenders are without honor or credability.
