Folks I seriously think this (R)nold thing has peaked at 22%.

I am very hopeful that McClintock can win but if Arnold has 22% of the vote, McClintock isn't likely to get more than 30%. This means Bustamante wins and I start contemplating how to move out of this state.

I am just saying that unless we want Bustamante to be Governor, we oughta eventually consider supporting one Republican or another. If one Republican gets more votes than another one and the other one takes enough votes that would have put the other one over the top, I think the third place person will be persona non gratis from this point on in both Republican and Conservative circles. Bustamante as governor of California is unacceptable.

Ah yes, well;

1. Don't expect a big turnout for the Demos, like I said all along-this is a humiliating experience for the Democratic Party-don't ever FORGET that they can only hold serve. Be happy God has shown you the light of being a conservative, because these past few months have been some of the most humiliating times ever. I've said it before, I'll say it again. Oct 7th the partisans Democrates are going to be sitting in darkened rooms, watching dumb comedies and sports living to fight another day. mark my word that 1.6 million signatures is the most humiliating thing to every happen to them-in the way they think, its using the "power of the people" to indict someone. Bad days....

2. Bustamante has promised to RAISE TAXES. Have faith in your fellow Californian and be patient, when we get into the 2 weeks prior to the election-Sept 23rd and on, the people are going to look at the issues. Bustamante has been honest, he has reproposed Davis' exact $8 billion dollar tax increase-budget from Jan. When you have a choice of someone promising the taxes don't need to be increased, and that they can do it, democrates will choose Tom. Did you know that Tom won reelection in a district where the same voters voted overwhelmingly for Algore? The same voters voted big time for Tom.

You'll be pleasantly surprised by your fellow CA, and will be staying here post-revolution.
