Fullerton College , Orange County Calif -
Gerald is taking a political science and sociology class at Fullerton College . He also works at the PC cafe at which this leter is being tyed right now .
Gerald favors Republicans in the Calif . recall election , and revealed something to me that his Fullerto College Sociology recently told him .
Gerald told this story to me personally, and I asked him a minute ago to tell me the date she told the class the following account of how she discovered the truth on how this fraud poll was taken . Lol.
His Sociology teacher deals with a lot of statistics and told the class on Tuesday 8/19/03 the following true account of Bustamante lead over Arnold Schwarzeneggar :
She told the class she called channel 2 news and found out the poll was taken in San Fransisco ( that's LIBERAL San Fransisco ) from 278 people questioned ! lol.
That's the true Poll !
Sincerely , Cousinkoala Sat. 8/23/03

Sounds similar to the L.A.Times poll which also shows Cruz ahead. These people are pitiful!

Hey, Cruz
is ahead.
People think this is going to be a cakewalk.
It isn't.
And there are fewer more incompetent creatures on God's Green than California Republican politicians.

You're right about that. Republicans have a wonderful way of snatching defeat from the jaws of victory. How, don't ask.

You can do all the polling in Democratic strongholds in San Francisco and L.A and pretend its representative of the entire state. No one has to know the poll's skewed. But then again the liberal media IS mainly in the business of selling the Democratic Party's agenda. It surely wasn't a concidence that on Friday, the Los Angeles Times ran an editorial advising would-be Schwarzenegger supporters to vote NO on the recall and to vote for their candidate in 2006. None too subtle and nope, no liberal bias there!

Polls don't mean sh*t !
Jeb Bush was gonna lose in Florida last year and won by over 15%.
The Rats were gonna pick up seats in both the House and Senate and lost in both.
Polls are just a wish list for the evil Dems so don't look at them as being facts.

We can't generalize from one year to another. Florida is more conservative than California. About the only federal office the Democrats control there are both U.S Senate seats. Which can change if the Republicans can find someone who can take on Bob Graham. Here in California Democrats outnumber Republicans and while inland California is gaining population the bad news is more people still live in the liberal coastal counties of San Francisco and L.A. Demography to no small extent explains California's political picture.

Are you referring to the LA Times poll? If so, they polled 801 individuals according to the article that appeared on FR. But it does not say where the polling was conducted and also, it is pretty much accepted that polls of less than 1000 are not reliable (I'd say any polling done by the LA Times on this subject would not be reliable). I don't know why the national media is treating this like gospel.
