Majority rule is over and this is just the beginning of the end of religious freedom; unless it's islam. Majority rule is mobocracy. The Constitution was written SPECIFICALLY to circumvent mob rule.
Let me ask you: are you any less able to practice your religion today than you were yesterday? Can you pray? Can you go to Church?
How does the removal of a rock in Alabama prevent you from worshipping your God?

"Majority rule is mobocracy."And just what would you call a ruling by judicial fiat which ignored the results of referenda in California?

Resentment towards the trifling of the symbolic inspiration of a man, a family, a nation's traditions and heritage in the name of political correctness is something I always thought you'd have understood.
Is it possible your judgement in this case has been severely clouded by your obsessive hatred of southern evangelists?

This matter sets a precedent which is what I object to. It is not my freedom to practice religion that is at stake in this one issue. I am looking five years down the road. Is every monument going to be chiseled to bits to appease the aclu? If islam is a religion of peace, they aren't a religion of tolerance and they've joined up with atheists down this path. See you in five years when the money has to be re-minted and re-printed to remove god. Won't that be a expensive endeavor for one and all just to appease the aclu's self absorbed clients?
