This clash has certainly invigorated those who believe the government has gone to far in eliminating religion from public places. And I count myself as one of those. It's gotten ridiculous.

But I'm not willing to support Judge Moore in defying the judiciary. That is so wrong, and it's a threat to our country. I have no problem with anyone peacefully protesting the removal of the monument.

I have a big problem with anyone who supports Judge Moore's defiance of the court order. I hope Freepers understand the difference.

Well, I understand what you're saying, but everyone has a breaking point. Is there not some ruling which you would be willing to defy?

What if a judge ruled that escaped slaves must be returned to their legal owners? Thankfully, many people did defy such rulings.
