I don't care what his motive is, he stood up for the Constitution.Curious. You seem to be strong supporter of the Constitution (US?) yet you then state, "time to burn teh whole friggin' courthouse down." I guess the Constitution only applies when it agrees with you, eh?

Geez, he didn't stand up for the Constitution, he stood up for his loopy interpretation of the Preamble to the Alabama Constitution,in which the intent and meaning was perverted in his zeal to abrogate powers to himself that no judge in America is allowed.
