Nonsense?
From Americans United's website:
Americans United for Separation of Church and State deplored the Senate committees 10-9 party-line approval of Pryor and urged the entire Senate to reject his nomination to the 11th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals. The 11th Circuit hears federal appeals from Alabama, Georgia and Florida.
Read the rest for yourself.

I don't care what the ACLU says about Pryor.
Pryor did the right thing here, upholding the law.
Do you think Moore would think it OK for Alabama citizens, citing him as an example, to start ignoring laws he thinks are constitutional?

So the ACLU gets Leftists to filibuster decent judges so the Leftist Judges can run riot ...
and THEN we wonder why "our side" keeps getting tripped up by the Judiciary. I dont mean this issue per se, look at things like prop 187 in Cali, or how the eco-extremists can get a friendly Judge to 'force' their views into policy etc.
harrumph. These Leftists have a scam going and they will NOT LET UP ON POWER without a fight. Let's not disappoint them!
