You are a misguided atheist.

Actually no, I believe Jesus is God... and that He does NOT approve of church and state mixtures.
- - - - - - - - -
This has nothing to do with church and state.

Actually the Supreme Courts on the Federal and State level, have indicated that they believe it is... and have ruled accordingly, that the statue elevating religion, and a particular brand thereof... has been ordered removed.

READ the rulings. It IS their jurisdiction. They said so. In this nation, that MAKES it so. Get over it.

FWIW, I will take THEIR legal rulings as being correct over some self-alleging law teacher (perhaps an EXPERT from a local community college). You or Supreme Court Justices?
Yup.. you lose to them hands down. Even the Christian Justices who are Moore's colleagues KNOW this was done wrong and have ordered removal.

So take your crazy "the Christian religion is america" act and sell it elsewhere, because we are all stocked up for now...

Moore's grandstanding to become governor is toast, and will very likely lead to his being impeached for abusive and zany religious grandstanding.

It is a matter of historical fact, and I don't believe in erasing history to please a bunch of undeducated fools.
_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_
"Undeducated" ? Don't know that word, but it looks like you may have mispelled something Professor "I teach law in College."

Your "education issue" aside, intentional distortion and partial quotes of historical events, collated by religiocrats who have a well-documented history of being "rewriting" experts, hardly qualifies as "historical integrity."

America is not now, nor has it ever been... a Christian nation... When you see a quote, with rare exception, that mentions "God" by a founder, it is either generic, or was used by the "religiocrats" of the day, specific to debates which the "religiocrats" like patrick henry consistently LOST.

We know from that from reading congressional records of the votes and debates. Heres the fact: NO marriage of church, religion, state and politics was ever WANTED by this new nation... as we HATED what we ran from in Europe and what the "religion as state" crowd did whenever they were in charge there.

If you want it back... I suggest a temporary move there for a few months might be in order. We will welcome you back to our "religious" anarchy zone, with open arms. Or, you could stay... but Europe is not the example I would want to follow for religious state socialism...

YOU can practice your faith without fear HERE... unless you try to insert YOUR version of religion in a SECULAR court house as a religious display... that is why this was found to be illegal by courts at every level. State and Federal.

Not everybody who disagrees with you Professor "I am a Law Teacher".... is an athiest.
Not everybody who rattles your limited knowlege or "deducation" of history or truth is a God-hater or an "ignorant fool" as you indicated.

Some of us just want our freedom from Judge Moore's particularly "in your face" bunch of bible thumpers.

The message to Moore from the courts (if he and his followers can grasp it): Keep your sectarian beliefs out of the people's buildings, unless you do it in such a way that does NOT exalt one faith over another.... keep it secular and you can keep the display. Period.

History shows that this is the key difference between the religious statues that are allowed to stay in America, and the ones that have to go. Get used to the "lemon" test. It is the law of the land... Christian.

IF AND I SAY IF, you were who you say you are, then you would know that I have spoken the truth. Anyone reading this can go to the Yale Law University Website and read the original documents online in the Avalon Project.
Amazing that a person who claims to be something they are not (Christian), would also lie about being something they are not (law professor)and NOT know law history. It is the prerequisite to all other criminal justice classes.
One typo doesn't qualify you to correct my English.
Those of us who know the truth, also know who you are...a counterfeit.

I apologize for mispelling some words, as I think faster than I can type. I realize you don't have that problem, so give me some grace as I do have that problem.
I actually believe you do not get it, and no amount of explaining will help you to understand. Rattling off those liberal arguments do not convince me that you have had a conversion to The Way, nor do you want your apathy disturbed.
