Okay - is the right given to Hindus and Buddhist by the Judeo-Christian God to practice their faith protected by the 1st Amendment of the U.S. Constitution? Judge Moore's own words indicate that he does not believe it is.

Okay, back to my earlier question that you didn't answer - do you believe that "religion" means different things in the establishment clause and the free exercise clause?
