As has been explained to you, Justice Moore passed no law. Nor did he give preference to a particular group or mode of worship.

The "no law" argument has been shredded on numerous threads and is amply discussed by the 11th Circuit. As for Moore showing a preference, you obviously haven't read his own words. He flat our says that the God of the KJV is the God that has sovereignty over the state and every citizen in it.

The current Alabama SC ruling is giving preference to a mode of worship. Namely, atheism.
