So, your being offended is far, far more important than what any others (the majority)?
So, because you are offended - we, the many believers are to tear down anything that offends you? Why should we? By your very effort to get us to do so, you state that our feelings are of no concern to you - only your minority view should be listened to.
We choose between respecting our God and honoring your feelings. I'm afraid you just come in second. Especially since you show no concern for our rights to religious freedom, religious expression. You claim control over all public property? Why you and not us? We too have control over private property - as much as you do.
You choose as a power play to make others jump though hoops to please you. You wish to dictate how we live. Why should we allow you to take control over the lives of other Americans?
You have the freedom to believe what you wish, you have the freedom to go where you wish, and you have the freedom to ignore what you wish, you have the freedom to pray where you wish. You do not have the freedom to take away from others those same rights.

Dude, I'm just expressing my opinion. I have nothing whatever to do with this case in Alabama. I can't control your life, nor do I have any desire to do so. I can, however, express my opinion.

I don't understand how not allowing religious icons in or on government property is taking away your rights. With the statement that you will choose respecting your god over someone elses feelings is all the more reason for the government not to allow these icons. I will state that I would choose the principles of the constitution over your respect of your god any day.
