The judge has one heck of a good argument for his case. The Alabama Constitution is extremely Biblical. It's in the Bible belt area. I'll bet everyone is hoping he just goes away peacefully so they don't have to deal with this one. The judge is right. If they silence him by ruling against him, it would be like crusifying an innocent man. It will forever be on their conscience. They have to choose - the right thing to do, or political cover.
