Yes. And the way to oppose them is to CHANGE THEM, not defy a court order as Moore is doing.

I wonder how Moore would feel if someone in Alabama defied one of his decisions?

Constitutional law already is with the judge and those that support him. The judges that are declaring that the monument must be removed are lawless. They write laws from the bench. Even congress has written no such law to remove these commandments. Judges do not have the right to do it. What you actually support is lawlessness and you think it is the law. Get a clue.

So what would have happended to the civil rights movement in the 1960's if MLK and others had not led peaceful demostrations often breaking laws.

What about the protests over the war in Viet Nam?

What about Ghandi?

There is a time and place for civil disobedience. There is even a time and place for un-civil disobedience. I think all that can be backed up in the Declaration of Independence and the CCC.
