Drag Show Performer Killed by Man Who Paid For Sex Act 51 minutes ago Add Local - WJLA to My Yahoo!
(Washington) - New information about a transgender man shot to death over the weekend.
D.C. Police say 25-year-old Elvys Perez Morales, who calls himself "Bella Evangelista" was killed Saturday morning by Antoine Jacobs who allegedly paid for a sex act and then felt he had been deceived.
Morales' last known address was on the 1,500 block of Ogden Street, Northwest. He was killed on the 1,300 block of Allison Street, Northwest.
Jacobs, 21, is charged with first degree murder while armed and hate and gender bias. The Washington Post reports Jacobs is expected to be arraigned in D.C. Superior Court on Monday.

I agree that killing the person for violating the man is a bit too much but this is close to rape. The dead homosexual tricked the man into thinking he was having sex with a woman. There was no hate involved that I can see. The man who was tricked probably felt like he was raped. Do we normally prosecute women, who lash out over being raped, for hate crimes?!?
