Recall could throw California economy into further turmoil
``California needs to bite the bullet and this (recall) is wasting precious time,'' said Sung Won Sohn, chief economist for San Francisco-based Wells Fargo Bank.
Once my August paycheck clears I will be closing my Wells Fargo account and moving to another bank. I will tell them the reason why as well.
