THIS IS SO ABSOLUTELY JUVENILE AND RIDICULOUS THAT THE GOVERNMENT IS INSULTING OUR INTELLIGENCE THIS WAY!
COULD THIS BE A GRID OUTAGE?! YEAH.
IS THAT THE LIKELIEST CAUSE? HELL NO!
YOU HAVE TO ASSUME TERRORISM IN A CASE LIKE THIS, AND FOR THE GOVERNMENT TO IMMEDIATELY COME OUT AND SAY "NO TERRORISM" - HOW IRRESPONSIBLE IS THAT?! HOW COULD THEY KNOW THAT?!?! ESPECIALLY THAT QUICKLY?!
I FEEL LIKE I'M LIVING IN THE TWILIGHT ZONE. THIS IS INSULTING! HOW CAN THEY DENY THE POSSIBILITY OF IT?!

Thanks - Looks like the I-94 cooridoor was hit from Detroit to Kalamazoo.
From West to East along I-94. Wayne County - Detroit
Washtenaw - Ann Arbor/Ypsilanti
Jackson seems unfazed.
Calhoun - Battle Creek/Albion/Marshall
Kalamazoo - Kalamazoo and Portage
The Rest: St Joseph is South of Kalamazoo in West MI.(Three Rivers)
Ingham is split on power. Okemos is fine, Lansing is hit bad.
Part of Lansing is also in Eaton County.
Ionia is between Lansing and Grand Rapids.
And Genesee County is centered by Flint(60 miles from Detroit, 40 miles from Lansing).
