Sounds like a terror attack to me, all they have to do is hack into the main power grid computers and overload a few transformers and kapoof... power is out !

Detroit,parts of Conn.,Albany.I can hardly bear to look at NY traffic.It's hot.I'm in Texas and life would be bad if we had no electricity...It's 95 in NYC.
