Thank you for taking the time to report. I'm so sorry you are going through this. What on earth are people going to do when they have to relieve themselves? Just go on the streets. I hate to say it, but this catastrophe is beyond 9-11. I have never heard of anything like it, ever. Having lived in Manhattan, I remember the aged equipment and stale mentality of the utility companies. Hope you get some sleep. Good luck in the morning.
