There you go. Somehow, all the power on the grid was redirected to this unlucky fellow's headphones. They almost sent the charge through his head, but he was saved by the security power absorbtion circuit, which is still absorbing all that power.

He only need to unplug his earphones, and everything will get back to normal ;).

This was what happened in a Superman movie with Chris Reeves. The villain took down the power grid. I think it was Jeckyl-Hyde Superman with Gene Hackman as one of the villains.
