We unfortunately will always have to consider the ominous possibilities from now on. But it's important to not LEAP to those dire conclusions and hang on for dear life like some earlier posters on this thread were doing.

I agree with you, I'm open-minded. :) It's sensible to consider all the possibilities, "benign" (if a massive power outage cause can be benign!) and otherwise.
Just want to make sure the gov't treats us that same open-minded way and doesn't immediately seek to calm us like a bunch of children...I remember when there was the 4th of July shooting at LAX a year ago, they were saying "It's not terrorism" just about the minute broadcasters had the story.
