Nope .. looks like NYer's are dancing the streetsI bet they are. Seeing that there are probably at least 150,000 hardened criminals loose on the streets, trust me, if it gets ugly, they will put a short leash on the media.

I'll bet it's almost fun up there in NY ---people making it a point to do some partying --- just have a good time about it. No point sitting and griping about the darkness --- just light a candle and enjoy it.
