I am east of Pgh. but I was just thinking, maybe, just maybe I should head off to the big bird (ie, Giant Eagle) for TOILET PAPER!!! DiNardo predicts snow and there is a run on the Charmin...I have never quite understood that (bread and milk, yes...but TP?)
