Bush to make statement to reporters in 13 minutes. It won't be telecast live (don't know why, maybe not enough time??) but certainly will be taped. He will speak to small group of reporters.

BTW, if it's not lightning doesn't mean it's terror. Lightning could be the cover story for shoddy maintenance, management, homer simpson spilled-coffee, etc.
