After that, they're not frozen--but if still cold they'll keep for another several days. That's what I figure too. I was just wondering what the legalities are of selling food that had not been continuously cooled. I suppose plain old refrigerated (not frozen) food would be the more immediate concern. How long would it take for refrigerated food to 'go over'? I suppose power will be back on in NYC well before that would be a major issue, but it IS very hot there today.

In our house, reefr'd food that is distinctly green or brown is "bad." If not, it's "good." Stop over. Eat at your own risk.
