The joke's on you. You and you're blanket generalisms are the joke. Detroit, Lansing, and the "big cities" in Michigan are the Red Zones and gee whiz, most of those places are just where the power happens to be out. Imagine that!

Speaking as a Michigander in WESTERN lower Michigan, I must inform you that we are definitely in the blue. Ottawa county, of which I am a resident, IIRC has the most Republicans per capita of any county in the nation. Republican candidates come here to energize their base (and get lots of donations). Our power is still on, thank you very much.
