FR should operate a mirror site with an adaptive naming system, including, say Telescope Project Data Sharing so RA can join us at work. Hmmph. If FR is restricted for him as part of a blacklist of forbidden sites, all he really needs is someone to provide him with a proxy server. If he's limited to a whitelist of specifically approved sites, we might have to actually go into the telescope business to get him back during work hours ;)
