My dad lost many pounds on Atkins -- he went from being fat to being skinny, and extremely healthy. Had it not been for a lung injury, he would have lived to 100.

This year my brother, who is built exactly like me, dropped over 50 lbs on the diet and now wears a size 34 waist. He encouraged me to try it.

My goal is a 34 waist, and about 185-195 pounds (depending on how much muscle I gain, because I now have a trainer, and muscle weighs more than fat).

I've dropped from 260 to 222 and am well on my way to my goal. (See also my post 50.)

I can't wait for my flat stomach, six-pack-abs and rippling chest and arms!!!!

GOOD FOR YOU! Sound like a hunk already. Imagine no doctor visit for weight reducing pills or anything else they conjure up. THe truth is the medial profession, that is the allopahtic crowd HATES it when a patient doesn't need their divine wisdom. They're used to playing god - atleast in their minds. They are a legend in their own mind.
